Paver Patios and Walks serve a primary function in your outdoor living space in getting you from one location to the next or providing you a solid, clean surface to host. In addition, they provide visual interest as there are countless paver types and color combinations.

Concrete is known to heave and crack in Michigan due to the freeze-thaw cycle. At Foxscapes, there is only one way to install a paver patio, driveway, or walkway, and that is according to the Interlocking Concrete Paving Institution guidelines. Each patio receives proper excavation and sub-soil correction if necessary. Sub soil is compacted and geotextile fabric is installed. Above the geotextile fabric is a minimum of 6" 6A Ohio Clean Limestone, compacted to specification again. Installing this limestone combats the freeze-thaw cycle in Michigan by allowing room for water expansion. Our pavers are then laid on a 1" bedding layer followed by paver edging and 100% polymeric sand.

If you are looking for a simple paver patio or a complex, tiered design, our trained professionals are happy to walk you through our process.
